Unused and unworn or damaged(in shipping) items are eligible for a full credit in the form of a gift card that can be used on the website. The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued and is giftable/transferrable too.** All items are eligible for exchanges EXCEPT Any earrings be it non pierced or pierced will NOT be returned due to hygienic purposes. Engraved Items will NOT be returned.
We want to remind our customers that if any items are found missing or used from the return shipment, we reserve the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund credit amount.

*The links or jump rings connecting the hook in chains & bracelets are too thin to effectively sustain 18K gold plating. However, the main part of the bracelet will be fully waterproof and won’t pose any issues. The bracelet is held by the jump rings or links during the 18K gold dipping process, which makes it difficult for the plating to adhere strongly to those specific areas. We recommend you keep the jump rings on 18K Gold Plated chains & bracelet away from water, harsh chemicals & sweat.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
We take 24 hours to process and dispatch your order and handover to the courier. After that the courier takes around 1-7 working days to deliver your order.
However, Due to festive or holiday season the order quantity is very high and courier companies have longer offs and pickup wait times and hence the order fulfillment times rise up to 3-4 working days. We recommend choosing the EXPRESS delivery option in order to get the items on time.
You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, your order will be changed or rerouted, and you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. We take no responsibility for orders placed to the wrong address.
FAILED DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver, incorrect details on the parcel) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to us at the customers expense i.e. 150 Rs will be deducted in case of prepaid parcels & in case of COD the partial payment stands non-refundable. However, if you choose not to cancel the order, our team will reship it to you for FREE or change the details on the order while it is in transit.
ITEMS NOT RECEIVED BUT TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED
We do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by our courier. We would need an unboxing video to resend you the product in case an empty box is received by you.
