How it Works
If you ever run into an issue, we’ve got your back. Just reach out to us on any of our channels with your order details, and we’ll handle the rest.

For our 18K Gold/White Gold Plated Jewelry, if your piece breaks, here’s what we do:

  • If it can be fixed, you only cover shipping (₹150), and the service is on us.

  • If it can't be fixed, you can avail our breakage warranty. 

Tarnish Fix? We’ve Got Solutions

  • In case your piece tarnishes, you’ll get lifetime store credit based on the following terms:

  • 0-6 months: 45% of invoice value

  • 6-12 months: 25% of invoice value

  • After 12 months: 10% of invoice value

Breakage? We've Got You Covered

  • Our customer-friendly breakage warranty is here for those mishaps. Whether it's wear and tear, jewelry bent out of shape, damage to zirconia crystals, or loss of stones, simply send us a picture of the damage along with your order ID. You’ll receive 15% of your order value as GRYTT store credit.

What’s Not Covered

  • Third-party resizing or alterations. Keep it original, and we’ll keep the warranty strong.
