*The links or jump rings connecting the hook in chains & bracelets are too thin to effectively sustain 18K gold plating. However, the main part of the bracelet will be fully waterproof and won’t pose any issues. The bracelet is held by the jump rings or links during the 18K gold dipping process, which makes it difficult for the plating to adhere strongly to those specific areas. We recommend you keep the jump rings on 18K Gold Plated chains & bracelet away from water, harsh chemicals & sweat.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
We take 1-2 days to process and dispatch your order and handover to the courier. After that the courier takes around 1-7 working days to deliver your order.
Currently in case of ONLY ROUND MAGNETIC STUDS, the processing time is until 11 May. All orders will be dispatched after that, mostly on 12 May. In case you have chosen & paid extra for express, your order will be shipped on priority basis ASAP.
However, Due to festive or holiday season the order quantity is very high and courier companies have longer offs and pickup wait times and hence the order fulfillment times rise up to 3-4 working days. We recommend choosing the EXPRESS delivery option in order to get the items on time.
You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

FAILED DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to us at the customers expense.
ITEMS NOT RECEIVED BUT TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED
We do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by our courier. We would need an unboxing video to resend you the product in case an empty box is received by you.
