FREE EXCHANGES (MAX 3 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY FOR SIZES & ITEMS) :

Unused and unworn items are eligible for a free exchange provided the jewelry is unused. To initiate an exchange, please ensure that you have the original packaging including the items and the boxes. We will arrange for the exchange shipment to be picked up by our logistics partner. All items are eligible for exchanges EXCEPT Any earrings be it non pierced or pierced will NOT be exchanged due to hygienic purposes. Engraved Items will NOT be exchanged.

Once your exchange parcel undergoes our quality inspection, we will dispatch you the exchange item. The exchange is FREE for the first time. 

Further exchanges will cost you 200 Rs. 

FREE RETURNS (MAX 3 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY):

Unused and unworn or damaged(in shipping) items are eligible for a full credit in the form of a gift card that can be used on the website. The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued and is giftable/transferrable too.** All items are eligible for exchanges EXCEPT Any earrings be it non pierced or pierced will NOT be returned due to hygienic purposes. Engraved Items will NOT be returned. 

We want to remind our customers that if any items are found missing or used from the return shipment, we reserve the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund credit amount.

Any return initiated for a purchase that was made through credits/partial credits will be charged Rs.200 for compensation of delivery charges. 

IN CASE OF FAULTY DELIVERY/EMPTY BOX DELIVERY, if at the time of delivery, you find the parcel has been tampered with or is opened or torn, we request you to reject the parcel & reach out to us so we can issue you a replacement/refund. Once you accept the parcel, an unboxing video from the start, where the parcel is closed, is mandatory to raise a ticket for replacement or refund.

Our jewelry is made using either stainless steel or high-quality brass with a protective anti-tarnish coating for long-lasting shine. Stainless steel is highly durable and low-maintenance.
Brass is softer and benefits from a little extra care — with simple precautions, your pieces will stay beautiful much longer.

How to Care (Mandatory for Brass, Optional for Stainless Steel*)

• Avoid perfumes, lotions & harsh chemicals directly on jewelry
• Remove before swimming, showering, or workouts
• Store in a dry pouch after use
• Gently wipe after wearing

Cleaning

Wipe with a soft dry cloth.
If needed, use mild soap and water, rinse quickly, and dry completely.

*The links or jump rings connecting the hook in chains & bracelets are too thin to effectively sustain 18K gold plating. However, the main part of the bracelet will be fully waterproof and won’t pose any issues. The bracelet is held by the jump rings or links during the 18K gold dipping process, which makes it difficult for the plating to adhere strongly to those specific areas. We recommend you keep the jump rings on 18K Gold Plated chains & bracelet away from water, harsh chemicals & sweat.
